- [Instructor] Customization and configuration are unavoidable in most cases. This is due to the demands of each business. It's impossible for a service management tool to predict all requirements that could be provided straight out of the box. I wanted just to take a bit of time to do some cross analysis on this, focusing on the business need for customization, and what tool might be a particular profile of business. Focusing particularly on customization first. Remember that there are things that have to be developed rather than being out the box. I believe if this is what you're looking for, ServiceNow is the tool that meets that need. ServiceNow is the most customizable tool in the service management tool world. This is why most enterprises and large businesses will adopt ServiceNow as there is a high level of market labor skills to help customize till to suit that business need.
