- [Instructor] All right. All that discipline and exercise is about pay off and it's game day. You're actually going to make your change. Are you ripped, flex for me, come on. Yeah, yeah. The work behind your change has been prepared and tested. You've made a request to make the change, which has been approved and scheduled and you've communicated to everyone you need to about it. Remember, this is the real value being created for your organization. All the other processes, not into itself. It's all about making this change quickly, safely and auditerbly. And while you hope the entire change process moves quickly. Usually the change window is extremely time sensitive. You may have to do a lot of things from your plan in a short amount of time.
