Challenge: Creating your own change management process
(gentle upbeat music) - [Instructor] All right, we've gone over the parts of a change management process. Now let's put what you've learned into practice with an exercise. In this challenge, you'll put together a change management process for your organization. Step one, you'll determine the change boundary. That is what domain your process will cover. Change processes don't have to cover everything in an organization. You can have one for the desktop management group or the web developers. Write down the scope you'll be addressing that should allow you to define the people involved who will be participants and stakeholders in the process. Write those down too, with their roles. Maybe it's IT, Infrastructure engineers as the participants, there are management up to VP level as responsible parties and IT developers internal end-users and external customers as three major groups to communicate to.
