Prepare your testing area. This video is for those of you who are taking an exam from home. However, some of the techniques described can be applied to anyone's study area as well. It's so important to have a well-prepared, clean testing area. Creating the proper testing environment will save you some aggravation when it comes to actual testing time. I recommend setting up your testing area area at least 24 hours before your exam. In brief, here is what you'll need. A properly configured computer, a webcam, preferably external, a clean desk, a Do Not Disturb sign, and reduction of ambient noise. Let's discuss each of these in more depth.
