- [Instructor] Some of the most profound communication that humans experience come in some form of documentation. In the AIMS, we want our communication to be clear, understandable, and distributed. To be successful, communications must be documented. Clause 7.5 contains three subclauses, general, creating and updating documented information, and control of documented information. The general subclause calls for all documentation the AIMS standard requires. Recall that every clause requires proof of documentation for conformance, it would include items like the AI policy and leadership commitment. Other documents necessary for the effectiveness of the AI policy are also required. Candidate documents could include procedures for developing solutions or using AI products standards of acceptable AI systems and guidelines from industry best practices.
