- [Instructor] Next, we're going to talk about Asset Management. So, think that we've established our company, we've established the strategy, the objectives, the activities we're going to do. We're starting to figure out how our governance model is going to look, and how we're going to start to take a look at risks in processes and elsewhere. And as those things happen, we likely are going to be acquiring assets. Now, think of assets literally as anything of value. Oftentimes, I think we think of assets in terms of technology, endpoints, applications, but they're literally anything of value to an organization. So, think of the people. That can be employees, that can be contractors, data, intellectual property, research, and even reputation.
