(gentle music) - [Nigel] This demonstration is going to showcase the Oracle Fusion HCM application from three different perspectives. First of all, the employee, then the line manager, and then we'll finish off with the specialist, whether that's the HR specialist, the absence administrator, or compensation specialist. So first off, we're going to have a look at it from the employee's point of view. Now, as you can see when you log in, we do land on the homepage where we have a series of page categories across the top. So "Me," "My Team," "Procurement," and so on. Now what you see will be dependent on your security protocols. So for instance, not everybody will be able to access "My Team" because not everybody's a line manager. Now, what you'll also see on this page are some applications. Now these are the portals into the various pages within the application.
