- [Instructor] So it's really important, before you ask your company to make a large investment, as we said earlier, to do your research. Now, there are a lot of different ways. As we said, you can ask other people, you can take a look at who the top competitors and spend tons of time and energy going through the web and reaching out to people. But one of the most tried and true methods is looking either at the Gartner or Forrester reporting. Very simply, they ask a company for one of their products to basically answer a ton of questions. I did this when I was at Microsoft for OneDrive. We'd get about 400 questions, everything from does this work with Google Cloud, Microsoft Cloud, is it upper end, is there a personal version, is there a business version, does it support these specifications, all the way through to how it works and what our plans for the future are.
