During the meeting, teams should be able to confirm or update any part of the BIM execution plan including any additions or amendment validated by the client and the technology that will be used. A big part of it will be to refine and detail the responsibility metrics in order to identify what, when, and by whom the information will be produced and with whom it will exchanged.
