- [Instructor] All of the tools that are available in Bluebeam Revu can always be found somewhere up here in one of the main menu tabs. So for example, I can always find markup tools by clicking on tools and then selecting markup and viewing all of my markup tools here. Same thing for stamp tools, measurement tools, and so on. If I want to edit the content and the underlying PDF document, I can always go over here to edit, PDF content, and find my tools here, or I can spell check here. So all of these tools are always somewhere up here in one of the menus, but making your frequently used tools available in an onscreen toolbar makes it so that these tools are just one click away and you don't have to hunt for them all the time in the menu. Now I've already shown you how to turn these toolbars on and off, again, by going to tools and toolbars and you can see the ones that are visible, have a check mark next to them. So…
