- [Instructor] In my career, I've worked with companies of all sizes and across the globe. One thing I found to be true is that each organization is unique in its culture, approach and strengths and weaknesses. So it's hard to pinpoint a singular methodology for scaling intelligent automation programs that will work for every enterprise out there. However, I do hope to instill in you some general principles that I think will contribute to your overall success in scaling your own programs. I'll go over four success factors, each accompanied by a brief explanation. First, a learning mindset. Many organizations, lose momentum and enthusiasm early on when the first implementation is a low impact opportunity. But remember, however big or small, the first projects are a learning opportunity.
