- [Instructor] When creating a project, you can choose any of the default processes or customize a process to suit the way your organization manages a project. For example, you can customize a process to include change advisory board stage, or special stakeholders into the process. The process has unique features that defines how work items are created and tracked in Azure boards. Default process templates provided in Azure DevOps are the basic Agile, Scrum, and Capability Maturity Model Integration. That is the CMMI. To customize a process or check what a process consists of, You can go to the organization settings and then on the Boards select Process, And you'll find the list of default processes as well as customized process in your project or in your organization.
