How does a remote workforce impact cloud computing?
- A remote workforce impacts cloud computing by necessitating the use of cloud native tools for both productivity and security. I've worked this way for over 10 years already, so it's a bit odd for me to see requirements to work in an office 40 hours a week. While I do agree that getting the team physically together occasionally is useful, generally this cloud native approach does mean remote work. Here's what's most important. I've got three main bullets. Teamwork. You want to work with considerate people that are working towards a common goal. Communication. You want to turn on that camera and make sure everybody gets a turn to speak. And a learning culture. You want to allocate and celebrate learning time for the entire team.
