Paragraph styles
- [Instructor] If you've been with me since the beginning of the course, you will have heard me make a mention of paragraph styles and their close cousins character styles and object styles. I think it's hard to overstate the importance of paragraph styles because they mean that you can format your text quickly and efficiently and consistently. And consistency equals professionalism equals better design. And using paragraph styles is going to make your documents so much easier to edit, and that's going to increase your creativity because you'll feel liberated to experiment and explore with different style options. So here we have a simple example of a two-column document that is formatted using styles. And if I double click into the text, you can see we have H1, H2, and body text. On the next page, we have the same text all in basic paragraph. So I'm going to recreate this from scratch.
