- Continuing from the previous movie, I've returned to having the images at similar sizes. I'm using a common formula of placing one image at bottom left and the other at top right. This can be effective, but it's not working here. It's not working because there is an awkward jump between this text to this text. The images are creating a barrier between the text. Also, the spread looks too boxy, and this is an occupational hazard when laying out pages, but just because our content lives in boxes, we don't necessarily want our layouts to look like they are made of boxes. A possible way to avoid this is to make the images bleed to the edges of the page. Here the images are no longer confined within the borders of the spread. It's implied that they continue beyond the page edge. In addition, the page is made less symmetrical by placing the strapline in column one.
