- Another fun game that includes active collaboration is called Frostbite. Heads up, you need to have a camping tent for each team. So be sure you collect them in advance, and then be outside or another space big enough for this activity. You'll also need blindfolds. Break your group into teams of four to five people, and give each of them a tent. They need to decide now who is the team leader. Tell them they're stranded in the Arctic and must build a tent to protect themselves from the freezing weather. However, the team leader has frostbite in his or her hands and is not able to help, while the rest of the team is suffering from snow blindness and thus can't see. They all need to wear blindfolds. The leader must talk the group through the actions of building the tent while the rest of the group make it happen. The team that builds their tent the quickest wins.
