Generative AI, a significant technological advancement of the 21st century, has redefined human-computer interaction and reshaped the workforce. But how does it relate to accessibility? What are the differences between a large language model and a generative adversarial network? And which one could enhance inclusivity in your organization? In this lesson, I will guide you in understanding the diverse aspects of Generative AI, empowering you to explore its potential applications in fostering an inclusive workplace. Generative Adversarial Networks, or GANs, are the cornerstone of the Generative AI we know today. They comprise two databases (or neural networks), a generator and a discriminator, trained simultaneously to produce data, such as a picture. Think of it as one employee (the generator) creating a document draft, and the other (the discriminator) reviewing it for errors.
