The fact that you are taking this course and learning more about accessibility means that you're looking to create change. But real change happens when everyone in your organization is on board. It's about building a culture of accessibility and communicating it in a way that's clear and accountable. How can you spread this awareness across your company? First, I'd suggest setting the tone from the top and ask executives to establish accessibility policies and training programs in your workplace. Here, it can really help to have a group of accessibility champions or advocates that can provide support for these efforts. Next, think about training your colleagues on user-centered design practices that prioritize everyone's needs, including those with disabilities.
