- [Instructor] In this lesson, we're going to explore which of the different incident response team structures you should choose, and which model you should use to staff them. Now, I can't give you an answer that's going to be right 100% of the time, because it really does depend on your organization and your unique circumstances. So instead, let's go ahead and take a look at some different considerations that you should think about when trying to make that decision for yourself and your organization. First, it's important to determine if you need 24/7 availability of your incident response team. Now, most organizations believe they need somebody 24/7, but that doesn't mean you need to be at work and in the building 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
