- [Instructor] In this section of the course, we're going to discuss how you can best plan for the communication needs that you're going to have across your organization during an incident response. Now, first, we need to discuss how your efforts must be coordinated and synchronized, both within the Instant Response team and across the organization as a whole during your incident response efforts. Next, we're going to cover how an organization might share information internally across the different departments and divisions during an incident response including some of the best practices and methods for conducting this type of internal information sharing.
