Assessing your sources

Assessing your sources

- If you've been around corporate training or taken a seminar on women in the workplace you've probably heard that statistic. The one that says that women will only apply for a job if they meet 100% of the criteria, while men will apply for the same position, if they only meet 60% of the criteria. Most famously quoted in Cheryl Sandberg's infamous 2013 book Lean In, this statistic has certainly made the rounds but is it true?
