So today, I'll help you identify what values and culture are uniquely important to you so that you can be that much closer to finding a career aligned with who you are. To set clear expectations about the work environment you need, start with your values. These are your beliefs about what is important. Then surround yourself with people whether it's colleagues or friends that align with your values. You might be wondering, "what if I don't?" You'll struggle with unalignment.
