- Hello and welcome back to Course 5 now, Section 3, and this is really about the principles and purpose and use limitation, and I thought I'd put these two together because they kind of make a lot of sense to be together. It's the reason why you use it, you know, the purpose and the limitation for its use. As a reminder for you, this is part of the GDPR privacy principles. So those principles we are really looking at today are these two here, the purpose limitation and the collection limitation, the purpose limitation, the collection limitation. So just to remind you then, you know, we've got all these GDPR principles, and we're really looking at, you know, principles two and three here, you know, collect the data only for the publicized purposes, use it for the purposes specified, and only get how much data you need for that purpose.
