This is a short course, actually, this one, just to finish off with, just to really apply some of these data protection law elements that we've dealt with to some various situations. And we're going to start with employment. We're going to start with employment. Hi, just to remind you, my name's Ralph O'Brien and it's an absolute pleasure to kind of finish this course. It's been quite good all the way through from section one all to section 12. So, I look forward to just going through employment purposes with you today. And I think we could start really by looking at the legal framework that really comes into play here. So not only do we have to worry about the GDPR, obviously, but also national privacy laws. And then remember there's going to be another layer, another layer of national labor and employment laws.
