It's little actions that go unnoticed or ignored by some, but make a huge difference to others that erode our ability to collaborate well. Making commitments to show up in intentional ways and agreeing to rules of engagement is a team-building activity I facilitate for all kinds of teams, and it's particularly helpful for hybrid teams, especially those who are interdependent or experiencing difficulty working together.
