Visualizing your approach

(gentle music) - If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a visualization is worth a thousand pictures. Visualizing your workflow is one of the practices that I recommend all teams, or really anybody that's doing work utilize. And the best way to visualize your workflow is to use a Kanban board. Now, this was something that I covered in the very first scenario, and it was one of the five practices that I covered out of my top 10 list. And the thing is is that if you've got an adoption backlog and you've identified the things that are going to be needed to put those practices into action, we want to be able to see that through visualization. We want to be able to see what you're planning to do and the order. We want to see what is in progress, and if something is delayed or there's an impediment, something that's been blocked, as well as what's been done.
