    La experiencia en el tema de Recursos Humanos: Estructura y Diseño del Puesto fue muy enriquecedora, ya que permitió comprender cómo el diseño adecuado de los puestos impacta directamente en la motivación, el desempeño y la eficiencia organizacional. Me pareció especialmente valioso entender la diferencia entre conceptos como job analysis, job design, job enrichment y job enlargement, así como su aplicación práctica dentro de las organizaciones. Esto brinda una visión más estratégica de Recursos Humanos, alejándose de un enfoque únicamente administrativo. Además, el contenido permitió reflexionar sobre la importancia de alinear las funciones del puesto con las necesidades del negocio y del colaborador, logrando un equilibrio entre productividad y satisfacción laboral. En general, considero que es un tema clave para cualquier profesional, ya que influye directamente en la forma en que se estructura el trabajo y se desarrollan los equipos dentro de una organización.
