Measuring employee experience

- If you measure employee experience, you can improve employee experience, and positive employee experience is a vital part of a healthy, productive workplace. Here are a few ways to measure, that when considered together, can give you a holistic insight into how to improve the health of your workplace. The first is the Employee Net Promoter Score, which measures employee loyalty. It's a popular, easy-to-use metric that only asks employees one question. "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend our company as a workplace?" The answers are placed in three categories. Promoters, scores nine or ten. Passives, scores seven or eight. And detractors, scores zero to six. To get your result or promotion rate, you subtract the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters.
