Create a collection in LinkedIn Learning
- Would you like to design or curate your own learning experience? If yes, you can easily create a personalized collection. Collections on LinkedIn Learning are a curated group of learning content, such as courses, videos, and learning paths assembled around a specific theme or goal. You can create a collection to organize content that you would like to save for later, or content that you would like to share with others. Let's take a look at how to add a course to a collection. Now I'm on a course page and I would like to add this course to a collection. To do that, I click on the plus in the top right corner. This opens up a new window, and I want to click on the Collections tab. Now, you'll see a list of all the collections I've already created in the past, and I could easily add this course to one of my collections by clicking the Add button. This is now added to the Communication Skills collection I've already created. If I want to create a new collection, I click Create Collection at the bottom of this window, and I simply need to add the title that I want to call this collection and the description. I'm going to call this one Communication Courses, and you can add a brief description as well. You click the Create button, and I now have a new collection created, with that course added to it. Now, to find collections that I've created, I can close out of this and navigate to the left navigation bar. When I expand this here, you'll see if I go to My Content under Library, and I look on the left side of the screen, you'll see my collections here. And this is where I will find any collections that I've already created. So, as you can see, collections are a simple, yet powerful way to organize your content.
