Accessing exercise files in LinkedIn Learning

- [Lecturer] Many LinkedIn Learning courses will include exercise files, downloadable resources to help you follow along, practice or even use as templates in your own work. Let's take a look at how to access them. I'm going to navigate to a course in the library. I'll go here to Daily Habits for Effective People Management. Now, when I open this up, I'm going to go to the course page and the Overview tab. And remember here that Related to this course is where you'll see any certificates and exercise files. Now I can see that this course does have exercise files. In order to show them, I can click on Show all. We get this popup letting us know that there is a zip file that comes along with this, including these resources or exercise files. So I'm going to go ahead and click Download, and here it will download that to my computer. Now I'm going to open it up and let's go inside of here and see what it includes. In this case, it's a One-on-One Meetings Discussion Themes, as well as an Onboarding Guide. Inside I see two PDFs: one for a One-on-One Meetings Discussion Themes, and the other one for Onboarding Guide. These are resources that the instructor included to help you follow along or customize for your own needs. Now between videos, I downloaded the exercise files to a course on Adobe Illustrator, which I want to point out. So if I go here, I'm going to open this up just to show you this, that it can get pretty complex. If I open up these exercise files, you'll see all of the different chapters, and within here they'll have different files. Now, if I go to one here that has multiple, you'll see that some of these are even .ai files. So they're Adobe Illustrator files that you can open up right inside of Illustrator and follow along with the instructor. Keep in mind that not all courses will include exercise files, but when they do, you'll find them here on the course page under the Related to this course. Exercise files are a great way to get hands-on practice, reinforce your learning, and even save templates for future projects. If you're taking a course with exercise files, I highly recommend downloading them and making the most of these valuable resources.
