Did you ever have a home maintenance person tell you they fixed a problem only to find out a week later the problem really wasn't permanently resolved? And now you have to call them back to fix it again or find someone else that will fix it for you? Very frustrating, isn't it? Clients want their problem fixed with sustainable solutions. They know they can't do it themselves. That's why they called you for help to begin with. But many times they really don't know what the true problem is, and they end up asking for help to fight fires or resolve symptoms. It's up to you to figure out what the real problem is and recommend a long-term sustainable solution. So what do you do when you're called in to fight that fire?
