Firstly, remember, anything including AI is measurable. You just have to remember the ideas behind the concept of measurement, the object of measurement, and the methods of measurement. With that, remember that AI is highly uncertain and that actually makes it easier to measure because it's uncertain, not in spite of being uncertain. If you know almost nothing, almost anything will tell you something.
