After all you only have a few short pages to set yourself apart and make a recruiter put your resume and the yes pile. How do you do it? Emphasizing your job skills and your resume is key. And the goal is to lead with your skills in every piece of your resume. Let's break it down one element at a time. First, you should have a bio or summary at the top. It should only be one paragraph long. And you should think of this as your elevator pitch.
