Being careful with that "something came up" because that's used sarcastically sometimes too, isn't it? Something came up. - Yeah, and also, do you think you need to say why you have to cancel something? How specific do you think you need to be for people to be satisfied? - Yeah, I don't think you have to explain. I think if it happens over and over, you should initiate the meeting with the person that you keep canceling on and just say what's going on.
