If you can't measure it, you can't improve it. Analytics and reviews are only the starting points. Now let's talk about what comes next. Understanding those insights and turning them into improvements for your agents. Once you spot the patterns in your agent analytics, use them to drive changes. Start with the high-level stats to identify the trends, then drill into workflows for deeper insights. Identify recurring errors, missed or failed workflows, or even unclear responses. I have two tips before I show you how I make these changes. One, focus on one fix at a time. Address one improvement before moving to the next. And second, validate the changes work and track the progress. You can run evaluations after the updates to confirm that they're actually working and you can monitor the metrics over time to ensure that that fix actually sticks.
