- Behind every AI model is a mountain of decisions. What data to use, who it's tested on, how results are interpreted. If you work in pharma, those decisions matter. And in healthcare, sometimes there are decisions you can't undo. In actuality, sometimes even the people building these AI systems don't fully understand how they work. It's what we call the black box problem. It's where the system confidently gives an answer, but no one can fully explain how it got there. So how are doctors supposed to trust them or patients?
