In analytics, you'll find two options, industry and competitive analysis benchmarking. Let's start with industry benchmarking. This tool compares your brand against your industry's average performance, letting you easily identify what's working and find ways to improve. First, select your industry or the closest option. If it's not listed, let us know. Your industry can be changed anytime. Next, select a social account and a date range to compare the performance of that account against the industry benchmark. You'll see an overview of four metrics comparing the industry average to your brand's average, along with a short writeup on how you can improve your numbers.
