- You're a few weeks into launching your new enterprise strategy. As the VP of Marketing, you have a one-to-one scheduled with the CEO, a chance to update them on progress, discuss priorities and get their input. This meeting isn't just about sharing updates, it's an opportunity to position yourself as a trusted advisor. You'll want to start by considering why you're having the meeting.
