- Okay, Michelle, so today we're going to share phrases if you are sharing that vision. And again, this is not just for leaders of a company, right? It is for anyone at our highest point, we want to have this vision, so we need to share it, no matter where we're working in the company or who we're talking to, really, I think, yeah. - Although you can use these for really anything, but we're going to talk about it in the way that we're focusing on a project, maybe something at work. - Okay, good. - So let's say you're working on something big. So you might say something like, here's what I see. - Yeah, okay. - So you could say, here's what I see, a presentation with lots of pictures and colors and a strong introduction that involves the audience. - Yeah, I like that. So we started the episode talking about bigger like visions maybe for a company or a life that you want.
