Filling in and signing a PDF form

- [Instructor] Here's a form from the U.S. government, a standard W-9 form required for new employees. This is a PDF document hosted online. You can fill it in online and print it out or you could save it to your computer. And here is the same document downloaded and saved to my computer and open in the Acrobat Reader. You click a field and you can start typing. Press tab to hop between the fields, and then for checkboxes, you can use a spacebar to add the check or just click in the box. Some fields are special, so you can type their information kind of automatically, like here, I keep typing numbers and you see how they're automatically advanced. I don't have to press the tab key each time. Some fields do that, but a lot don't, so just press the tab or click in the field to get there directly. Now you can't sign this form online.
