Fixing cloud sync issues

- [Instructor] Cloud storage offers a marvelous solution for synchronizing files across multiple devices. I can access cloud files on my desktop computer, on my laptop when I'm away, even from my smartphone or any internet connected device. These files are always kept available and current. Eventually, I do encounter synchronization issues when my devices are offline, such as when I go on the road with my laptop. Normally, cloud storage such as OneDrive automatically updates files as you change them on every connected computer, but when computers are offline, sync issues arise. When you reconnect, the cloud storage synchronization service recognizes that two different versions of a file are available, one from the offline device and the other on cloud storage.
