Another very common process that most of the organizations and departments deal with is invoice processing. You keep getting those invoices, those PDFs in your inbox and nobody is tracking the expenses, how much you are spending in a week, month, quarter. So you need to capture those details and have them in a database, could be a spreadsheet. And And further, how would you go about routing those invoices. Let's see how we can automate this entire process using Workspace Studio. Now for this one, we're going to do two workflows. The first one is fetching the attachments from the emails, reading them and then capturing them in a spreadsheet. And the second one is how do you route them? How do you notify people that a new invoice has been added. So let's see, I'm going to be using this auto add e-mail attachments to drive. This is provided by workspace studio.
