- [Instructor] In this video, we're going to continue customizing our chat bot to finish our user experience. We can continue from the file we had in the previous video, but let me show you how to import an exercise file. Let's click on the Voiceflow logo on the top left, and click back to dashboard. Let's go ahead and click on the top right, where we see this import dot via file. Now in my exercise files folder, I'm going to click on 05-04-b.vf. So this is the starting file. Let's click open. All right, we successfully imported a file. Let's go ahead and click Designer. All right, let's continue. So let's go ahead and customize our app's interface. We don't necessarily want it to be blue and have the Voiceflow logo, so I'm going to go ahead and go on this interfaces button, or shortcut number three. It's on the left hand side. So now we see the different interfaces, widget, telephony, and API Keys. We're going to stick to widget, even though we can use voice as well. Let's go ahead…
