Hello, all, welcome back. We spoke about the migration options and understood how data can be migrated from a workspace account to other and vice versa. Now, it is also important to understand the options that are available to download and export the data that is present in the workspace services that we use. So for that, the solution that we have is Google Google Takeout. With Google Takeout, users can download and export their data from various Google services, including Gmail, Drive, Photos, Calendar, and so on, to store locally or transfer to another cloud provider. It is a tool that allows users to select specific data, choose an export format and delivery method, and then receive a compressed archive file, which is often a zip file, containing their selected information.
