Hello everyone, welcome back. As administrators, it is your core responsibility to understand how every issue has to be analyzed, whether it has to be resolved at your end or Google support's end or at the user level. For this, it is important to understand what all settings are under the scope of support of user, what all settings are under the scope of support of administrators, and when to reach Google support. So there are two primary types of responsibilities that administrators have. They have to ensure that everything is configured well in advance and properly so that the users do not get into any issues.
