Welcome back everyone. Now that we are aware of what built-in roles are used for, and while those built-in roles cover many common needs, sometimes we also need something that can be customized. That is where custom roles come into picture. If the prebuilt administrator roles don't grant the privileges that you want to assign to a user, then you can create a custom role that fulfills your requirement. But regardless of the privileges you select, a user with a custom admin role can never make changes to your or any other administrator account. Also, you need to know that you can create up to 750 custom roles for your entire organization. The only requirement is that you must be signed in as a super administrator to create custom roles in your domain. Now that we have an idea on what the prebuilt roles and what the custom roles are, let's get into the demonstration part of it in the admin console.
