Now that we have seen the dashboard section, let's move on to the next section, which is the directory section. Under the directory section, you can see various options that are available, which help you to manage all the users and groups in the organization. We have already seen the users and group option earlier in our previous training. With the user section, you can perform user management. We have discussed this earlier, that you can use it for creating new users, editing existing user profiles, suspending or deleting the users, and resetting their passwords. Also, as stated earlier, this is a core area for onboarding and offboarding personnel and maintaining accurate user information. Similar to the users, you already have discussed the group section, which is helpful to create and manage the groups.
