Hello everyone, we already spoke about the user settings section in the Gmail apps in the admin console. This setting directly affects the user settings that is available for the users in the Gmail UI and which is also helpful for all the users that are accessing Gmail service in Google Workspace. After this, there are many other settings that we need to look into and understand from end user and administrator perspective. First one is hosts. So let's click on this option. We know that typically Gmail is set up for direct delivery. Now direct delivery sends all messages for people in your domain to their Gmail inbox. You may also want to set up another e-mail delivery options, especially when you manage your own e-mail servers. For example, you might want to deliver Microsoft Exchange messages to an on-premise e-mail server. To set up other e-mail delivery options, you must add mail routes first for your on-premise servers using the add route setting. So this setting is very useful…
