Drive for desktop issues
Hello everyone, apart from the drive and share drive related settings that we discussed earlier, there are other options or applications through which the users might reach out to you for issues that they face, such as drive for desktop. Drive for desktop, as we spoke earlier, is Drive's desktop version where the users can either stream or mirror the files as per their requirement and they can access the files offline as well if the settings permit. So if we talk about the common issues that arise in Drive for Desktop, first one is the syncing issues. Many times users report that the files are not syncing properly from their Drive for Desktop to Google Drive and vice versa. In that case, there are the basic troubleshooting that we need to ensure that the users are following. First one is checking the user's computer's internet connection.
