- [Presenter] The Security section of the Admin console allows you to adjust security settings for your Google Workspace domain. Before adjusting settings in this area, you'll want to consult your organization's data security policies, and if you have one, refer to your organization's information security officer. Found in this section are some functions you're already familiar with, such as the Alert Center and Rules. Data protection provides an automated report of files stored in Drive that may contain sensitive data, specifically email addresses and phone numbers, as well as how many of these files are shared externally. This data may be used to determine if additional data security steps may be needed. Data classification allows for the auto creation and application of metadata tags, which help users organize and find files, as well as flag policies and identify sensitive content.
